Massachusetts Indemnity and Life Insurance Company (MILICO) appeals from a trial court judgment holding constitutional section 10 of The Texas Agents Qualification and License Law for Agents of Legal Reserve Life Insurance Companies, Tex. Ins. Code Ann. art. 21.07-1 (1981 & Supp. 1984). MILICO contends section 10 is unconstitutional on the several grounds which we shall discuss below. Believing these contentions to be without merit, we will affirm the judgment of the trial court.
